No registration stands between you and these pages. You can compare Galveston dolphin cruises, harbor history tours and paddling options all day without giving anyone a name, an email or a card number. This policy covers the little data that browsing does generate, states clearly what we do not collect, and points you to where bookings and payments actually occur: on the live listing pages of the operators themselves.
Information Gathered
Very little, by design. Because no money changes hands on this site, we never see card numbers, billing addresses or the details of any reservation, whether you end up on a 45-minute dolphin cruise or a four-hour sea kayak outing. The main exception is email: write to us with a question about a tour and we will have your address and message on hand long enough to reply, and no longer. Confirmation emails, vouchers and cancellation refunds all come from the booking page you leave through.
What We Keep
Two small sets of records, and that is all. The first comes from analytics, which count how many people read about a given tour, say the Historical Harbor Cruise or the Seawall Segway ride, without attaching identities to those numbers. The second tracks which outbound listings get clicked, which helps us decide where to add detail next. Beyond that, cookies belong to the analytics tools and, once you follow a link out, to the booking services under their own terms.
Your Choices
Control stays with you.
